Check-in capacity is 86 guests. The accommodation base is divided into 34 double rooms and 4 apartments for 3, 4 and 5 guests, including the luxury apartment “Kom”. Double rooms can accommodate a third adult on a sofa bed for an extra charge – according to the price list. Children up to 5.99 years old are free of charge. We have a special discount for minors over the age of 6, who share the same room with their parents. Please check our price list for all available discounts and special offers. Additional services offered by the hotel are also listed there. Prices are in BGN, including VAT, tourist tax and insurance.

According to the types of their reservations, guests of the Barzia Holiday Club can use the following services and facilities, included in the price of the accommodation: parking, telephone, wireless internet, hairdryer, bath, refrigerator, mini-bar, terrace, sofa, cable TV, dressing table and bedside table. Some of the mentioned services and facilities may or may not be included in the accommodation, according to the type of room or apartment chosen. We serve additional free-range meals a la carte in our nice restaurant with fine cuisine, a pleasantly renovated summer terrace and breathtaking mountain views.
